the stack
Claude Opus 5.5 writes the words. GPT Image 2.5 draws the pictures, through Kie.ai. pump.fun launches the coin, on Solana.
the pipeline
words: Claude Opus 5.5
the name, ticker, lore, x bio and posts are written by Claude Opus 5.5 through the Anthropic API. it answers in structured output: fixed fields the printer can check, not loose text.
the checks
every kit is checked before you see it:
- the ticker format: 3 to 10 characters, A–Z and 0–9
- the lore is exactly one sentence
- length limits on every field
- no promises of profit
- no fake endorsements
if a check fails, the kit gets one automatic retry.
pictures: GPT Image 2.5 through Kie.ai
the logo and the banner are drawn by GPT Image 2.5, through the Kie.ai API, right after the words. both are drawn at the same time: the server starts a job for each at Kie and polls it until it's done.

how long it takes
the words take about 12 to 18 seconds. the logo takes a minute or two, then the banner is drawn from it (so it's the same character), another minute or two. a whole kit with the x kit and the website takes two to three minutes; without the x kit it's quicker. a change to the words takes about 10 to 15 seconds; a change to a picture, about a minute to a minute and a half.
launch: pump.fun on Solana
launch it uses pump.fun's create instruction plus its creator-fee sharing, signed by your wallet, on Solana.
the site
Next.js on Vercel. kit images are stored on Vercel Blob. the coin's website preview is a template the site draws from the kit: the logo's colours, the look's fonts, no generation.
the burn crank
a small server bot plus Solana RPC. every action it takes is posted on /receipts. more on the crank →
